Information We Collect
When you request a booking, TripleJays collects your name, email, telephone number, preferred contact method, ZIP code, requested service, requested date and time, selected add-ons, and any instructions you choose to provide. We do not collect payment-card information or a full street address through this form.
How We Use It
We use this information only to review your request, prepare or confirm pricing, contact you, and arrange cleaning service. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
Service Providers
Cloudflare processes and stores the booking request and provides the security check. Resend delivers the request receipt and business notification. Google Gmail is used by TripleJays to communicate with you. These providers process information needed to operate the booking workflow.
Retention
Website booking records are deleted after 30 days. Booking-related email threads are reviewed and deleted by the business after 30 days. Messages retained in your own email account are controlled by you and your email provider.
Your Choices
You may contact TripleJays to correct or request deletion of booking information that is still retained. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive information by email.
